Can I change or cancel an order after submitting?

When will my order ship?
Orders are usually fulfilled the same day and shipped within 48 hours.
Please be advised that by law there must be an adult over the age of 21 to sign for the package.
Please note that since wine is sensitive to temperature, from June-October we will be closely monitoring the weather in our neighborhood and yours and delay shipping if necessary until the temperatures are below 80 degrees. If your order comes during a high temperature - you will be notified and have the choice of having it shipped immediately at your risk or delaying the shipment until fairer weather. We would also be happy to hand deliver your order in our temperature-controlled delivery vehicle if your order meets our minimums for free local delivery (please see our local delivery policy regarding minimums).

How do you ship boxed bottles?
Due to the dimensions and make of our shipping containers, bottles that normally come in boxes or cardboard sleeves will be taken out and sent without them. This is to ensure the physical integrity of the bottle during shipping as well as to lower shipping costs to you!
